Lynn Elias
OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
A long-time HFM client, Lynn joined the firm as a full-time employee in June 2023. She was already enamored of the people and culture, and when the opportunity came up to be a part of the HFM team, she jumped at the chance.
As Operations Associate, Lynn handles much of the back-end work that helps HFM function smoothly. Her role is important in ensuring every client has the same warm, high-touch experience she did. She follows the golden rule—”do unto others as you want done unto you”—in all aspects of her life and work. She believes in Karma and strives to create positive outcomes for everyone when possible.
Lynn holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a minor in Management from AIU University. Prior to joining HFM, she worked in the healthcare field for 20 years, most recently as Director of Engagement at Eleanor Health.
She enjoys being with her family; van life traveling with her boyfriend Alex and dog Asher; and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, playing Frisbee golf, and hanging out by the pool. Lynn was inducted into the Cherry Hill West Athletic Hall of Fame for softball, soccer, and basketball.
Fun fact: Lynn is a Certified Master in Reiki Energy Healing.
