If Jason had a superpower, it would be helping people achieve financial security and peace of mind. He’s passionate about educating and empowering clients to understand how their finances work and motivating them to take action to reach their goals.

Along with his dedication to clients, Jason is on a mission to inspire future generations of advisors to, in the words of investing mogul and Vanguard founder John Bogle, “make it a better business than it is today.” Jason strives to fulfill that mission by mentoring young talent and helping the HFM team create long-lasting meaningful client relationships that span multiple generations.

Jason is the firm’s Co-Founder, COO, and CCO. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2016. He has been featured in South Jersey Magazine’s “40 Under 40” and South Jersey Biz magazine’s “2022 Executives of the Year.” In addition, Jason received the Benjamin T Griffith Young Executive of the Year Award from the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce.

When he isn’t serving clients, his happy place is on the water with his amazing wife Carolyn, and their two boys, Anthony and Luca. Jason and his family actively give back to their community by regularly supporting and volunteering at Angels Community Outreach, Kids Alley, and Boys and Girls Club.

Fun fact: Jason has a side hustle as a wedding DJ. His specialties are bringing to life couples’ visions for their big day, and making sure their guests have the time of their lives.
