Andrew Barnhardt

As a paraplanner, Andrew supports HFM’s senior advisors in delivering the exceptional customer service the firm is known for. He is a clutch member of the team, handling a variety of tasks from taking notes during client meetings to assisting with compliance, investment analysis, and financial planning.

Inspired by Steve Prefontaine, who said, “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift,” Andrew strives to lead with his best self and draws on his strengths to add value to any situation, whether that be serving clients or with his family and friends.

Andrew joined HFM full-time in December 2022. The firm’s friendly staff and supportive, familial environment convinced him that HFM was the right place for him to start his financial planning career. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University, Camden.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, spending time with family and his church friends, and taking road trips.

Fun fact: Growing up, Andrew wasn’t what you’d call the “athletic type.” However, he took up running in his teens and competed in cross country and track in both high school and college. He still enjoys hitting the pavement or the trails on mornings and weekends.
