Alex Marinaccio

Director of Business Development

Alex is the Director of Business Development at HFM, where he helps trade business owners exit on their terms by coordinating expert advisors and strategic partners into a unified team working toward each owner’s specific goals.

With over 20 years of progressive sales leadership experience, Alex has built a career driving revenue growth and operational excellence across complex sales organizations. He holds advanced certifications in Salesforce Operations and brings a proven operational mindset to guiding business owners through strategic transitions.

Alex was drawn to HFM by its exceptional culture and the opportunity to align his work with his passion for helping people. He’s motivated by helping clients achieve their goals and leave them better off than before they met — guided by his favorite quote from C.S. Lewis: “Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.”

Outside of work, Alex loves all sports, but soccer is his true passion. He’s most passionate about his wife and three children, serving in his local church, and his work with Saints Prison Ministry, where he plays soccer with inmates and shares a message of hope. He’s also traveled to Uganda on missions trips to help bring clean water to communities in need.
