With a background in the financial services industry, Alexa previously focused on advisor recruitment before transitioning to a more operational role. Her experience supporting advisors and paraplanners gives her a unique perspective on the importance of both client-facing service and internal efficiency.

What drew Alexa to HFM was the firm’s mission and its culture. Helping clients feel more confident and at peace with their finances is incredibly meaningful to her.
