Valentina is likely the first touchpoint everyone has with HFM. She’s the Marketing & Events Coordinator, responsible for bringing the firm’s brand to life through thoughtful marketing initiatives and meaningful client experiences.
A 2021 graduate of Rowan University, she joined HFM later that year and quickly became an integral part of the team.
In her role, Valentina develops and implements a wide range of marketing campaigns and events designed to strengthen brand visibility and deepen relationships. She collaborates closely across departments to ensure HFM’s message reaches and resonates with the right people. Her creative thinking, eye for detail, and team-first mindset help keep HFM’s marketing fresh, focused, and impactful.
What drew Valentina to HFM, and continues to inspire her today, is the company’s culture. From her very first interview, it was clear that HFM was different. There’s something close-knit, supportive, and genuinely collaborative about the team. Something that’s hard to find anywhere else.
Fun Fact: Valentina is an avid reader, so when she’s not at work she can be found with her nose in a book!
