Joseph Gaspari, AIF

Joe Gaspari is HFM’s Retirement Plan Coordinator, bringing a sharp operational focus and a people-first approach to everything he does. Originally from Washington Township, NJ, Joe graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Business Finance. After interning with HFM, he joined the team full-time, spending two years at headquarters gaining hands-on experience in financial services and 401(k) operations. He now lives in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he’s an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce and helps grow HFM’s presence in the South Florida business community. In his role, Joe wears several hats. He supports employees with clear, thoughtful guidance; manages onboarding for new clients; and tracks internal financial and revenue operations to keep the team running smoothly. With his detail-oriented mindset and strong sense of organization, Joe ensures no task falls through the cracks. He was drawn to this career because of his passion for bringing structure and clarity to complex financial decisions, both for individuals and business owners. Joe values quality service, humility, teamwork, and integrity, which made joining HFM a natural fit. Outside of work, Joe love staying active through fitness, traveling to new places – both in the U.S. and abroad – and spending quality time with family and friends.
