Callee is the Strategic Assistant to Michael Pallozzi, playing a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting his day-to-day operations. Her work ensures Michael can stay focused on what matters most: serving clients and strengthening relationships with partners.

With a background in both administrative support and team leadership, Callee has worked with executives at the VP and C-suite level. She also spent five years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, and later as a Fitness Manager. Her experience managing people, processes, and details made her a natural fit for HFM’s fast-paced, client-focused environment.

After stepping away from fitness, Callee knew she wanted to return to an administrative role, but only with a company that truly valued its people. She found that in HFM.
