Michael P. Pallozzi

Michael wears a variety of hats at HFM Investment Advisors, but his primary role is to shape the firm’s vision. He strives to push beyond industry norms to deliver exceptional client service and provide an environment where HFM team members are encouraged to let their unique abilities shine.

He founded HFM Investment Advisors, LLC, in 2017 so he could serve as a fiduciary partner and independent advocate for business owners who needed comprehensive financial and estate planning, as well as guidance in managing their personal investment portfolios and employee 401(k) plans.

Since then, Michael has been on a mission to build a first-class financial services firm that educates and empowers clients to make smart decisions about their money while providing truly individualized planning and advice. He is dedicated to creating a workplace where team members have a say in building the firm’s future, and where younger generations of financial advisors can develop thriving, successful careers.

Michael’s passion has also led him to serve as an Adjunct Lecturer with The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU), where he frequently speaks about strategies to improve 401(k) plan design and employee engagement. Through this role, he is able to empower business leaders in New Jersey with vital financial and fiduciary insight, which ultimately leads to better retirement outcomes.

Michael has been married to his high school sweetheart, Angella, for 30 years (and they’ve been together for 40!). They have three children: Michael, Gina, and Jacqueline. One of Michael’s favorite places to spend time is his summer home in Ocean City, NJ, where he enjoys the salt air, seagulls’ siren calls, and a stress-free lifestyle. When he isn’t working or spending time with family, he loves to travel, especially to Europe, and work on mastering his golf game. He has compiled a bucket list of links he plans to play, starting with Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina, which he completed in 2022.
